125 years of history by St. Margaret's RC Primary School a project with Alastair Duncan and Rabab Ghazoul

This prject involved all the junior children in the school. They all worked hard on the digital print design and CD ROM with Alastair as well as producing a cencert performance with Rabab Gazoul, a performance artist from Cardiff. The prject won the school a Schools Welsh Heritage Award in 2004.

The print design utilises the structures of the school hall windows from the old school and the new. Different eras of the school's history were arranged inside the window panes and some of the concert performers in costume are in action along the top of the windows. The design was also used as the navigation screen on the CD ROM with each set of window panes linking to the work the children carried out for each era. These included Victorians, War Years, 50's - 60's, 70's - 80's and Today.
